Furthermore, high water hardness can impair the product's effectiveness, which is why additional measures to stabilize the hardness may be necessary in areas with hard water.

Application

For optimal water treatment in swimming pools, the pH value should be between 6.8 and 7.6. Before use, it is recommended to determine the current pH value of the pool water with a suitable test kit. A pH value that is too high can cause mineral cloudiness, impair filtration, and lead to an unpleasant bathing experience, while a pH value that is too low can have negative effects on materials and skin.

If the pH value is above 7.6, pH Minus 1.5 kg is used to lower it in a targeted manner and thus bring the swimming water into an optimal range.

dosage

Before using the product, please measure the pH level of your pool water. For every 10m³ of water in your pool, 80g of pH Minus is recommended to lower the pH level by 0.1. After adding the product, mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

The treatment should be continued until the pH value reaches the desired range of 6.8 to 7.6. If necessary, you can additionally use the counter-product pH Plus to stabilize the optimal condition in the pool water. In regions with hard water, a hardness stabilizer is often used additionally to support the effect of pH Minus.
